General Return Policy for Apparel & Accessories

Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return.

Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order.

Art Print Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:
- Art prints may be returned within 30 days if they arrive damaged or defective.
- Due to the nature of art prints, returns for any other reason (e.g., buyer’s remorse) are not accepted.

Damaged or Defective Prints:
- If your print arrives damaged, please contact us at [noguff.design@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged print and packaging.
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
