General Return Policy for Apparel & Accessories

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
    • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
    • Sale items and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
  1. How to Initiate a Return:

    • Contact us at noguff.design@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
    • We’ll provide you with further instructions and a return shipping address.
  1. Shipping Costs:

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in the order.
  1. Refunds:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Art Print Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Art prints may be returned within 30 days if they arrive damaged or defective.
    • Due to the nature of art prints, returns for any other reason (e.g., buyer’s remorse) are not accepted.
  1. Damaged or Defective Prints:

    • If your print arrives damaged, please contact us at [noguff.design@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery.
    • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged print and packaging.
    • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund once the issue is confirmed.
