  • Custom or pre-order items may have longer processing times; these will be noted on the product page.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and chosen method.
  • Delivery times vary by location and shipping method:
    • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3–7 business days
    • Express Shipping (Domestic): 1–3 business days
    • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (may vary depending on customs).
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time.

3. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide, but international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Customs processing times may vary and could delay delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
